Not that this is an official regulation, I’m not affiliated with Starbucks by no mean, and this few lines may apply to other places other than Starbucks.
Because there are some annoying people at places like Starbucks I hope you can read this and make sure you are not one of them.
1. If I’m drinking a coffee and reading a book this usually means, don’t bother me. Why is it that people feel compelled to interrupt you while you are trying to have a relax moment.
2. Don’t pretend you live there, just because the ambient is cozy doesn’t mean you can bring your stuff, spread it out all over the place and sleep in the facilities. Starbucks should charge this type of people some sort of rental for the space.
3. If you are on the go, and you are working from a Starbucks, don’t pretend the whole place is yours. I’ve seen people hosting presentations on a Starbucks, also they are so loud, please keep it down a little.
4. Don’t pretend your are running for president, some people just say hi to anyone, talks to anybody about pretty much anything and then they want to shake hands with you. Aggrrh.
5. Don’t pretend you are rich because you are having a $3 coffee, I don’t care you drive a Porche, I’m poor and I love Starbucks. Be courteous with others and do your shopping and that’s it.
I don’t want to sound like an anti-social guy, but some people really annoy me. I’m sure you have a couple of lines to add yourself, leave your comments here on this article and spread the love with those who really annoy you.
