Is iTunes in Trouble?
Lots of changes are bringing iTunes to the attention of the media, this time is not software related, but content related. The last piece of news is that iTunes is not carrying more NBC content, or should I say NBC is not selling content on iTunes anymore. An open letter is something never seen before in the technology industry but its popularity is becoming somewhat weird. DRM and iPod Capacity
Cupertino, CA – May 30, 2007, Apple Inc release an iTunes update, the update release is the 7.2 featuring DRM free music from participating labels, higher bit rates in a new added element called iTunes Plus. The industry immediately started talking about it, pointing out that even though is DRM “Free”, iTunes hides information about the purchaser inside each download.
