I just upgraded my WordPress install to the latest version, the upgrade went well with no issues at all. I made sure to read the WordPress forums and look out for major catastrophes when people tried to upgrade, I read suggestions from other bloggers for smooth upgrades, and that was mainly why I had no issues.
